He will earn my respect on sunday if he puts both Cristante and Pellegrini on the bench.

It’s too bad the circumstances, he’s more than earned a chance at a big team. If they didn’t extend DDR after last season and hired Juric in June I don’t think too many people would have had issues with that. He’s had his best players sold ever year and given nothing to replace them, and still has made it work at Verona and Torino. So hopefully that flexibility carries over to a Roma side that is pretty unbalanced.

3-4-3 in attack. Assuming they collapse in a 4-4-2 but he will try to keep up the high press. I don’t see that working well with Dybala?

I was wondering how he is going to get that to work when he was hired. Hard to do a high press with Dybala and Dovbyk. Especially hard when there’s also Pellegrini and Cristante right behind them.

Dybala can press and put in a defensive shift, he showed that under Jose.

Right, the man was making full pitch cover runs in the 80 minute for Jose. Give him his dues.

Romas Instagram. No DDR acknowledge and they just slide in a Juric in training post. The cowards.

One game sample, but I like Juric. The high press was effective. Keep the ball in the other team's half. The glacial buildup from the back wasn't working.

Everybody wins. It was a dumb decision to begin with.

Apparently it was Lina's decision, so it's not surprising to see it overturned now she's gone. Especially now we need wingbacks for Juric's system & Saelemaekers is out for a while.

I didn’t understand the initial post but either way, unless Juric pulls off a miracle, he will be gone in 2024-2025 as well.

I can't think of a better option honestly. A Roman and Romanista. Short term solution untill summer. He knows the club and has much experience. I highly doubt he will be interested though in joining this snake nest.

I heard on radio sportiva that Roma have contacted him but if I was Ranieri, I wouldn't want to touch this team.
