This guy is a real Weiner. New York City Congressmen are the cream of the crop. First, Rangel and now this schmuck. Of course, he will stay in power.
I fail to see the similarity. Rangel basically evaded taxes, right? What law did Weiner break? "Sexting" with someone who wasn't his wife? Big f-ing deal. Shoulda come clean when the thing first broke, but as scandals go this one is a tempest in a teapot. I hear Louisiana has a Congressman who actually sleeps with real live prostitutes, in exchange for money! And THAT guy got to keep his job.
All things considered, I think I'd much rather have people sleep with real live prostitutes than publicly broadcast their weiner.
Maybe some of the ladies (OK, lady) on this thread can answer this question --are there any circumstances under which you would want to receive a picture of some guy's junk, if that someone is not someone you know really well? It seems like a pretty good rule of thumb for us guys is, don't take any pictures of your junk, and if you do, don't send them to anyone -- that would tend to avoid some problems, I think.
yeah, I mean ANY guy? no matter how well you know him, or if you don't know him at all. is that something you want to see pop up on your phone under ANY circumstances? and if you do, do you prefer them circumcised or natural?
well, I don't know about yours, but mine gets a big head every now and then, and when it does, it can be quite persuasive in getting what he wants.

So, uh, now that he's come clean... does he recover and take no hit to his career like Clinton and Hugh Grant, or does he fade into ignominy like Pee Wee Herman? Or does he fade away in disgrace for a while and then come back, like Rob Lowe? Personally I don't think this is all that bad, once you get past the initial embarrassment.
