It sucks, but I ponied up the 6 bucks. No way am I going to miss any of the Flash games. Stream looks and sounds good.

Surprised that O'Reilly, Abby, and Lloyd are all starting after playing full 90's just 3 days ago.

and the worst thing about it, is that I never get to see the beginning of the game because it never processes my payment in time (and I even paid a whole day in advance one time).

Cole seems to be showing faith in Phillips after her rocky outing against SkyBlue. Interesting decision.

Flash putting on some early pressure, but Boston's defense holding strong so far.

Looks like the Flash are playing the high pressure defense to keep the ball in one half of the field.

Leroux with a dangerous chance, and Franch nearly lets it slip through. Makes the save, but could have stopped it from going out.

Boston seems to be playing a lot of long balls. With Leroux's speed, it's not a terrible gameplan.

Now Boston starting to put some pressure on WNY. WNY doing well to keep Boston from getting into an offensive rhythm.

Boston looking much better than they did against SkyBlue.

And now my credit card has been flagged for a fraud alert because the transaction is international. Yay!

So freaking close from Abby. Just off the post.

Back and forth game so far. Both sides getting some decent opportunities.

Did Leroux get treated like the hero of the US/Canadian war?

I didn't get to hear the introductions, but I'm sure she got a big ovation. At least I hope so.

Sahlen having quite a good game. She's done well to contain Leroux so far and is getting forward in the attack.

GOAL WNY. Kerr with a great pass to Abby, who heads it in over Phillips.

They r going to miss Kerr when she's gone. She has a great concept of the team game.

I fear the Flash defense loses track of Syd and HAO when they are sitting a little wide of the back post. A very dangerous offensive position.

I love this player. This is what we miss out on when there is no US women's league...

Great shot from Schoepfer. Goes wide, but gets it off despite the double team.

Haven't seen much from O'Reilly or Lloyd yet. Other than her goal, Abby has been a little quiet as well.

First sub of the match, and we have a new center ref.

Grrrrrrrr. Lovely volley from Lloyd, and great save from Phillips. But dammit, I want a Lloyd goal. She is so due for one.

 Total ball-watching by WNY on that goal. But credit to Boston for taking advantage of that.

Nice pass by HAO and great run by Lianne - she put herself between her marker and the ball. I hate the last five minutes of the half - any half - any game-any level; too much seems to go wrong if you have the lead.

On another note - The Flash have worn white at home all games so far & white on the road. In 2011 it was red for the most part. It seems 2013 is the White Year.

They wore red for the opener, but every other game has been white. Haven't scored a goal in the red, haven't failed to score in the white.

Simon in for O'Reilly. Smart move by Boston to save her legs.

I'd like to see Huffman come in at some point, maybe for Lloyd to give Lloyd some rest. She has not been effective today, and I'd rather have her rested for the SkyBlue match.

 Dammit, Boston. Don't be hurting Lloyd.

Noguiera with a well-deserved yellow for that challenge.
