    Rojos FC - Meteor AC

On the road again...should be easy; they're in last and haven't made any transfers since their last game. Hopefully being experienced in the formation will let my midfield shine a bit, unlike last week's debacle...and hopefully I can set off some offensive fireworks. And by that I mean scoring goals, not lewd pyrotechnics.

AT home against a team I've never beaten, should be an interesting game, I am hoping to finally beat this team and keep pace in my series, right now 5 teams have 9 points.

Easy 5-0 PIC win against a new team. The predecessor team would have been a lot tougher, but the owner changed on Friday right in time before I had to play them :)

goin up against a team 3 weeks old, outside as i was washin my car i said "i bet i'm up 5-0 already"... halftime score 5-0 with this being their only reported chance 60+ minutes into the game...

"The crowd was amused as Teddy Wiseman of ballers used a few interesting tricks and dribbles to get into the penalty box. The finish by Brian Linton wasn't very amusing, however. "" :D

After 65 minutes I'm up 5-0. I had 72% possession at the break, and haven't seen the other side have a chance yet, which is great, considering it's my backup inad keeper in there. I'm 5/8 on chances, they're 0/0. My 31-year-old team captain has a hat trick, and my star forward has two goals. Oh, happy day...

I haven't scored a goal in 20 minutes, and I have 2 players a single goal away from a hattrick.

    COME ON!

Two back to back goals by my substitute forward and he notches himself a hattrick. It's now 8-0.

Yes! FC Tucson has a 2-0 lead on Centerville, the team one point behind me in second! Thrash 'em, boy! And my next two games are going to be against the probably-new number 2 team, KOLOS...[Monty Burns]Excellent...it is all falling into place...[/Monty Burns]

Of course, this marks the possibility of an ugly confrontation brewing in the last game of the season with Tucson, but at least I'll be at home for it.

Bwahahahaha, my opponents get to spend the last 15 minutes of the game playing a man down.

    THE SCORELINE IS NOW 10-0.

Can you score more than 10 goals in a game?

Won 5-0. 78% possession. No injuries, no cards, good game. One of my midfielders slipped from 3 to 2.5 stars for no apparent reason, though.

    Won 0-6 on the road.

He only had one SE chance reported to my 8 normal chances.

Moved me up 2 places in the table to #5 on GD.

BTW, good luck in Vegas Stogey. I won about $400 @ Mandalay Bay on the Hold 'em tables the last night I was there last summer.

Got my first dv victory 1-0 on a pk! The hattrick gods are making sure that I don't get too happy by injuring the keeper I just shelled out a ton of money for...

I lost 3-1, not totally surprised, but still disappointted.

That's not the worse part. The worse part is that my worst player tonight was my WORLD F'IN CLASS PM because he's in wretched form. The bastard is being benched from the next league game, which is an easy PIC anyways, but still the guy needs to get his act together.

Won 2-1 at home vs. the #6 team in my division (one of the better ones in d.vi). I was in 7th place going in. I thought I'd have a good shot, but a couple days ago, this guy (a defender trainer, at least I think) spent over $400,000 on 2 new midfield players, making me a bit nervous. Luckily, my first team's form is awesome, and now I'm in 5th place.

On a side note, the veterans on this board are doing a great job instructing us noobs. It seems like just about everybody's team is doing pretty well and improving quickly.

I came back in the last 30 minutes down 0-2 to win 3-2.

I played away to the second place team in my group that leads the league in goals, i PIC'd it..still dominated possestion 71% and won...Sweet. Six in a row win streak..life is good.
