Another week in MLS and the season is starting to tell some pretty interesting stories. Sporting KC showed what a little bit of team work can do against the slumping champs. KC looked like a well put together unit, where every player gives his 100% to get a win. Bobby Convey looks rejuvenated in KC and Kei Kamara capped off one of the nicest team goals of MLS this season. KC are off and running and today are without question the best TEAM in the league. LA… looked dim… Mike Magee was the champs most dangerous player. And with Robbie Keane and LD playing a timid game the champs continue their slump.

Over in New York Henry and Copper are starting to make quite a pair. Copper has looked great along with Titi… And if his form continues could be getting a USMNT call up. New York who were sluggish out the gate have turned it around with some big wins… MLS beware NY has the golden pair up top.

The Montreal Impact get their first MLS win at the expense of the tattered and DOA Toronto FC. Toronto despite a deep run in CCL have been awful at the start of MLS. The only team in the league to register not a single point. Unless things change and change fast Winter may be gone before midseason.

We begin to take a look at the standings: MLS is as tight as ever with Sporting KC running away in the east. NY getting back on track. Many teams have only played just 3 games making it hard to truly tell what is what. But Early signs point to NY and KC being the east best.

In the west the Joker in the deck has been San Jose. With a fresh start to the season. RSL is atop as they should be. The Timbers after a promising start have dropped to next to last with the champs still asking themselves if MLS started yet. The Sounders get a draw in DC and must push for a win to make up for what could have been 3 points on the road. The Sounders are shooting blanks at the moment with Montero being a absent DP forward.

Golden Star: Sporting KC, with a electric start.

Silver Star: New York. All was doom and gloom but the most talented team in MLS on paper are starting to win and win big.

Wooden Spoon: Toronto FC… 0…0… big fat 0 egg for easter…. How long will it last?
