A suicide attempt by Faryd Mondragon. Hopefully, he can bounce back. We're pulling for you Faryd, don't let the bastards get you down. http://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2016/...alkeeper-faryd-mondragon-good-condition-after
Where did you get this from? It's not in the article. Well that's bizarre. The article has changed. When I posted it, it said he had attempted suicide, and even had a recent quote from him talking about how he was tired of being judged by other people.
Other media are reporting it as a suicide attempt. They might have been riding along on mlssoccer.com's coattails, though. Faryd Mondragon Hospitalized Following Alleged Suicide Attempt Ex-Colombia goalkeeper Faryd Mondragon in hospital...

bigger question is will Kroenke's move to LA mean he cares even less for his MLS team still in the mid-west? (actually i think he already put his son in charge to cover legal gaps, but it certainly seems like it may shift the family focus) only a colorado fan could answer if it is even possible for him to care less.
Its not. Josh is running the team though I don't know legally who owns it. Kroenke was not required to divest of the Rapids to purchase the Rams due to Lamar Hunt suing the NFL in the NASL days and getting an exemption for soccer teams in the NFL rules.
So, Kroenke's NFL team moves to Los Angeles and Arsenal is at the top of the EPL. Maybe now the Rapids can work on not being last in the West.
