LAFC Break Ground, Name Stadium Banc of California Stadium Sportsblog The writer bitching about how small the Banc Of California is, a bank with 10 billion dollar assets .
The bathroom where I live is being gutted and remodeled. While doing demo they found a Tacoma News Tribune newspaper from 1928 stuck in the wall. House was built in 1940 though... It has an add in it for bank of California listing all its assets etc.
"Club president Tom Penn said there was no plans to play elsewhere even if the stadium is not ready on time." I know - everybody hates a grammar Nazi, but seriously? Couldn't we start The BS New & Analysis Proofreading Service? "Give us two minutes, we'll save you hours of humiliation."
Didn't say it was but out of these SSS, so far anyway, this LAFC on paper seems to be the best. It remains to be seen how it will be in person..

I must say, I've traveled throughout Europe and saw many different clubs training ground and not too many clubs have these types of facilities. This makes Roma's Trigoria look like a bad playground park... Good job RSL!
That's another thing most MLS teams have going. They spend a lot of money on a proper training infrastructure that earns a lot of praise from European teams on North America tours.
Its crazy to think that the original Columbus Crew Stadium costs less than this to build. If that isn't a sign of immense progress for this league, I don't know what is.
I found this guy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sylvan_Ebanks-Blake He had an assault charge in 2008.
Off the top of head I can't think of anyone in 2009 who would 1) fit the bill 2) Be worth that additional work for. http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/...ation-donor-access-emails-20160822-story.html
Not sure how "Banc of California is relatively small for a stadium naming rights deal, holding only $10 billion is assets, which is a lot, but minuscule compared to other stadium naming right owners such as BBVA Compass." can be construed as "bitching" but to each his own, I guess... FWIW, $10bn in assets is a very small bank. To wit: http://www.bankrate.com/finance/banking/americas-biggest-banks-1.aspx
