The new club finally made it back to Belgium’s top-tier Jupiter Pro Leage last season, only to finish last and be relegated back down to the Challenger Pro League.

Just curious, isn’t or wasn’t there a restriction and/or rule imposed by MLS since its inception that all the stars be dispersed throughout the league instead of having them all play on one team? Whatever happened with that?
