Miazga gets a 3-game suspension, a fine, and forced to do a behavioral assessment for walking into the referee's locker room to express his disapproval of some calls. This means he'll miss the upcoming Eastern Conference Final and the MLS Cup if FCC advances. Any games remaining on his suspension would be served next season unless the number of games is reduced. https://www.mlssoccer.com/news/mls-suspends-fc-cincinnati-defender-matt-miazga
More details on what happened here: https://queencitypress.net/2023/11/29/mls-disciplinary-committee-hammers-miazga/ Apparently its already been through appeal so any reduction would just be Garber deciding to be generous after the season
The release from MLS says a reduction is possible if Miazga is a good boy and participates in the Behavioral assessment and any recommended followups.
Ah, missed that part. That reads to me "if you do your due diligence anything remaining in 2024 will be waived" (maybe one of a remaining two games is waved if FCC is knocked out this weekend)
