I called the Rapids office and the word is
a telecast of some sort is going to be on
    the Shootout.

What version of the Shootout I'm not sure.

The best data I could obtain from the Colorado
    Front Office Sock-Puppet Drone was

    "AT&T Channel 21".

I can guarandamntee you that there are zero
AT&T inDemand delivery tiers residing on channels
    021-025 anywhere in the country.

Now, Channel 221, 421 or 521, that would
    make sense.

So it looks like AT&T inDemand subscribers may
    be in luck.

    DirecTV and DISH confirmation unknown.

    Saturday information unknown.

That person was giving you the local TV information for people in the Denver area.

It's going to be on Channel 21 (presumably some sort of public access channel or something) on AT&T Broadband in the Denver area. No Shootout required if you live in Denver. They've done this for a couple of Wednesday games when the Colorado Rockies have been on Fox Sports Net Rocky Mountain.

As for the Shootout, it'll be the same for the playoffs as it's been for all the regular-season games, whether you get it from DirecTV or DISH or AT&T Broadband or Time Warner Cable or Charter or someone else. Check your local cable or satellite provider's in the next day or two. (But I've got a bad feeling that we DISH subscribers may be SOL, given that they've only carried Saturday games.)

Um I think "AT&T 21" is one of their cable channels and it'll probably be on all the Shootout packages.

I saw it on www.soccertv.com along with all the other MLS playoff game t.v. channels.

According to MLSNET both DIRECTV and DISH is carrying the games tonight. I did find the games on the DISH on-screen schedule. Needless to say the PVR is cued up and ready to go.
