Can you get live webcasts or audiocasts over the internet of Serie A, UEFA Cup, or Champions League matches?
Before I got RAI Int'l TV, I got everything through RAI Radio over the Internet. It's in Italian, but that's part of the fun for those of us still learning the language. You can find it, and a number of other audiocasts of games, at: http://www.socceraudio.com/italy.htm
soccerage.com is advertising a live video webcast of this Sunday's Juventus-Parma game. They apparently did this a couple weeks ago also for the Inter-Juve game. Gonna move this thread since it doesn't really pertain to the national team.

Inter is part of an experiment of what appears might eventually become a broader streaming PPV site: Goal.com
I watched the Inter match on the Goal.com deal this morning. Not bad if you can't get it on RAI or some other satellite/cable network. No commentary, just sounds of the game. Had to deal with occassional buffering delays, but it beats the alternative of only being able to read about it after the match concludes.
