Inter is vulnerable right now but can still be dangerous if they set their hearts in it. Problem is, I don't know if their hearts are in it right now. No CL. Serie A title out of their reach. Got spanked by Roma although that's because they know they can't reach the top now.
Amen, brother! Once we are outside of the Superliga, Taca de Portugal or intraleague friendly, we are all portuguese soccer fans. This means I find myself rooting for Porto and, God forbid, Sporting, in European competition! I hope that the Portistas and Sportistas will jump on the Benfica bandwagon, as Frank has eluded to, as we take on Internazionale this week.
Whatya mean 'God forbid, Sporting"? I'm a huge Sporting fan but as soon as a Portuguese team plays in Europe then I'll support 'em. No matter whether it's Porto, Benfica or whoever. If a Portuguese team does well in Europe it puts the spotlight on Portugal. And thats what we all want, aint it?
