Although I generally agree with your sentiment, I think your point really loses its validity as these idiots haven't actually bombed a mosque or a congressman's office.

 

Again, the difference is that if their attack had been successful (as an Israeli Jewish extremist group's terrorist attack a few months ago was), they would have been criticized and hated by even the most hawkish of mainstream Israelis, as opposed to the PLO's support for terrorism.

john walker was not invovled in any specific attack. and Ramzi Ahmed Yousef,the mastermind of the world trade center bombing in 93, received a life sentence plus 240 years in prison

 

But John Walker got more press coverage than this Jewish terrorist.

 

He was involved in the prison uprising that killed CIA agent Johnny Spann.

I'm thinking of somebody else then. Maybe the embassy bombers, or that blind Egyptian guy with a Santa Claus hat (I can't remember who he was exactly, just that he was involved in some sort of terrorism). Or it could have been those guys that were planning to blow up the Lincoln tunnel about 5-6 years ago, which would fit better with this situation (they planned to carry out an attack but were unsuccessful).
