...where it's in an email that is supposedly from my work email account. Norton Antivirus catches it all the time as my email is checked. We quarantine and then delete. This has happened numerous times over the past couple of days. The subject of the email is " :) ". How do we permantly get rid of the problem? Both me and our secretary are receiving these emails. Both of our computers are running Windows XP.

    Thanks.

sounds like it's a trojan elsewhere on you computer. We had a very similar thing happen at my work, too. There was a spyware type program that had gotten installed in the System Restore directory. So whenever you quarentine and delete, it just reinstalls on reboot. If this is the case, you need to temporarily disable System Restore in Windows Services, then boot into safemode. I think I eventualy got it either by using HijackThis! or by starting in Safe Mode then deleteing from the actual location.
