I'm not into the whole "we got more posts than you" thing. But what it shows me is that we definately have the most knowledgable passionate fans on BS. Just like at the stadium.
If you're not into the idea of beating every other team in every manner possible, including the post count, you're just not a real fan. (For the record, I just wrote that to increase our post count).

i wrote my doctoral thesis on foucault and hegel at UCLA in the late 80s. that i guess is why i quit academia and went into computers.
Umberto Eco wrote this nice book titled "Foucalt's Pendulum" a decade or so ago. I'm no literary critic, but I enjoyed it. As for our board versus others: not only do we have tons of posts, but there are tons of peeps on here that regularly post...that's something to be proud of. In addition, despite our pathetic record, we still attract trolls that are really fun to laugh at. Paging trolls...hello, trolls...
