I wish all of you would bugger off with this "I got mine" and "I got mine" and "I got mine" crap. I DON'T have mine, and while I am sure they will arrive, the next "I got mine" yokel who cpmes around here I'm going to track your worthless ass down and beat you senseless. Thank you.
It'd be a much better use of time to have some scotch instead of posting I gotz minez, particularly at 11am
Go get 'em tiger! I agree it's a wee-bit annoying but would it bother you as much if you actually had yours? Just to drive Bill crazy I did get mine and in my season tix seats...but what I really wanted to know is if anyone else bought additional tix and if those wound up being about where you wanted them, expected them, etc. We bought 4 additional seats in the $48 dollar range and they wound up in 123 not too far off the pitch. Decent seats and only two sections down from us.
Good thing I smarted off to Foos before this message. I don't want to call the thunder down on myself.
Still no joy in Foosville. Checked the mail when I went home at lunch to walk the dogs, and lots of crap I don't care about, but still no tickets.
Quietly opening door Telling you that this discussion is about people getting their tix directly from the Crew Beating your head until small pieces of brain spalatter all over your shirt quietly closing door.
I bet the mailman actually slipped Neutron Man something that gave him his heart attack. Sneaky bastard.
Just stating didn't think I wasn't getting my tickets, just anxious. Never liked Karl Malone, wouldn't put it past him, just don't think he's all that big into WCC.
Seriously, I know I'll get the wrath of the OSU faithful down upon me, but that guy always bothered me. We had seats a few rows over from his and frankly I came to realize that he ws a very disturbed person. And I never understood why he, as opposed to any other garden variety fat, semi-retarded exhibitionist, got so much attention. I know I'll probably have to change my name and move to Meatchicken for uttering these things, but that's how I feel. As for the Mailman, I'm betting it was actually Stockton. Sneaky bastard.
I, too, never understood the celebrity status afforded to that guy. It always struck me as odd. I also can't believe his death was such a news story.
I was told that if you sent a check in, instead of faxing a credit card #, that it takes a while for the check to clear. I know because it happened to me. But they said mine are on the way.
As a newcomer to Columbus some 9 years ago, this guy completely floored me. The whole concept of him makes zero sense. He wasn't a student, not employed by the university to act the way he did...it's mindboggling to me. Look at Big Dawg...same type of guy but we also didn't see the Browns totally pimping him up. Usually it was the NBC cameras that much like a train wreck, couldn't look away, and made us all look. Browns had zero work to do. OSU, on the other hand, totally pimps this guy and uses him. I suppose he would say that he used the University...but still makes zero sense to me.
If it offers any consolation, I am still on the outside looking in of the "I received my supporters scarf" party.
