Are Guadeloupe an OFC nation, but not a FIFA recognized nation (much like Martinique in CONCACAF)?

Guadeloupe is a CONCACAF nation, with the same status as Martinique.

Checking the FIFA site, I think "Guadeloupe" is just a mistake. Apia is in Samoa.

I think we do have 2 associate members that are not Full FIFA members.

I say they should be full members so it can be 14 teams in that group, 11 teams is alway hard to do :( but yeah i thought it would be around 3 :D

Oceania World Cup Qualifying has 12 teams, with New Caledonia included but not the two associate members. FIFA and the confederations have no problems with qualifying groups with unequal number of teams (CONCACAF and UEFA have that).

True but i don't like having the associates sitting 'on the bench' if you know what i mean! They should be members of confederations.
