We need more details on the injury itself and we're just assuming the worst. Let's just wait until we hear something.

Seem to be past that mental block we’ve had against Venezuela. Sucks for Arias and hope it isn’t too bad. Too late to call up a replacement for a back up?

Lerma or cuadrado would likely drop back and Air Jorman / cantillo / Álzate would come in.

This is why Munoz should have been called up, guy can play CB, RB, CM but that said Lerma has played there before and Alzate as well, but he didn't look great the games I watched of him playing fullback. Cuadrado would obviously be the first choice but then we gotta play someone in his role instead, I think I'd rather Cuadrado there and Alzate or Cantillo in his spot if it came to that.

He'll need at least 2 months to recover. He'll come back stronger!

Maybe he just dislocated it... but I'm not good with human anatomy, so maybe I'm completely wrong.

When you see the bone out like that it's a guaranteed compound fracture which is a complete break of the bone, and worst case scenario for an ankle injury really.

2 subs. Muriel out for Fabra. Cuadrado out for Morelos. Good idea to rest them for Chile.

Ugh having to play 2 left backs is just so avoidable. It doesn't matter in this game but against Chile we need a wide attacking option off the bench, at least one minimum. Once we're fully healthy with Diaz, Sinnisterra maybe Roger back on form we're probably the deepest in terms of styles we can play then we've ever been. We have a good core and if the guys coming on keep progressing we're going to be nasty.

Alzate making his debut. So James and Duvan out for him and Falcao.

Yeah I read the comments and noticed that the sock is a bit different; hoping it's not that bad like the image.
