LOL that would be funny. But I don't think that will happen -- the qualification format is much easier this time + Iran have a much better team than in the past.

    What "Gulf countries"? Mexico?

I guess you are referring to the countries around the Persian Gulf?

Being nationalistic is not equivelant to being racist.

Loving your country doesn't translate to hating others!!!!!

    helloooooooooo!!!

    Oh please...pan-Arabism = Racism

    http://www.cais-soas.com/CAIS/Iran/pan-arabism_confrontation_iran.htm

Wrong. Bahrain is a Wahabi-occupied country. The population is Shi'a, the unelected ruling family (the Wahabi occupiers) are natives of Saudi Arabia who occupied Bahrain two centuries ago.
To each other? It's more like it's the Saudis who are doing it to Iraqis in Iraq.
I expect a fixed match, with 3-4 + goals for Saudi Arabia, to beef up their goal difference. Similar to how you magically beat Bahrain by 5 goals in 2001, the same team that had tied you in the first round. (when they were still in it)

Sorry friend, I really don't have the time nor inclination to give you a history lesson, but regardless, I was referring to the PLAYERS WHO BEAT YOU THAT NIGHT, and they were mostly Shi'as.

Ideology can make you believe the wildest things.

Nothing magical about it; we beat them 4-0 only last year. Anyway, that's not evidence of fixing; the fact that they hate you more than they hate us is something we can't really do anything about, unfortunately. Maybe if you stop laying claims over their country, their attitude will change.

LOL, you want to give me a history lesson? Lets go over the facts, shall we?

The Al Khalifa clan are a Wahabi tribe from Arabia. CHECK

Bahrain is ruled by the Al Khalifa clan who raided and occupied the Iranian Island. CHECK

Bahrain is a Wahabi-ruled country. CHECK

Bahraini is a dictatorship where the players (like the rest of the population) are ordered what to do by the authorities. CHECK

    http://www.parapundit.com/archives/002863.html

Is that why various Saudi officials, prior to the match, were offering each Bahraini player a brand new Mercedes Benz and tens of thousands of dollars in prizes for beating Iran?

Not gonna take sides but I did note when UAE were playing South Korea that one of the flags the UAE supporters hanged on the railings was a giant Saudi Arabian flag (actually the biggest one). Most UAE supporters waved UAE flags and Saudi Flags together.

but again not taking sides because in AC2007 Saudi beat Bahrain which allowed South Korea to advance by beating Indonesia.

That should tell you something about why the UAE players were trying so hard to injure your players.

Talking politics with Iranians is a colossal waste of time, they rely on conspiracy theories and making excuses for their own shortcomings. I'd just ignore them, especially Mani.

why this turned into politics and religions/sect?

The super moderator better spread some red cards for certain members who keep violating Bigsoccer terms for the past 2 years! They are few names well known to everyone in this forum, they will only learn then!

Again another disappointing thread in the worst forum in Bigsoccer!

Because your friend Sayf ran out of arguments, and decided to divert the soccer-related discussion about sportsmanship, and the premeditated horrendous tackle on the Korean player, into one about "Khomeini-style Islamic Republic propaganda" and similar crap.

they are good yes, but they do not have what it takes to collect enough points in the end because they are not a winning team. they can create 20 chances but they are not a winning team so they will not win the crucial matches.
