Gerard Moreno (and Javi Martinez) never got a proper look. I mean it's an overall very good team and we are talking about fringe players here but I would have liked to have seen some other players get at least some time in the friendlies leading up to this.

No Morata is a disgrace. For me Diego Costa does not fit in with Spains play style.

Don't like it that much, I'm gonna keep it at this one

Those first few seconds with the commentary of Iniesta's goal gets me every time. Never going to take that away from me.

Looking at that list made me realize this is the last tournament for the last of the "golden generation". For sure Iniesta and Pique won't be back and probably Silva. Not sure about Ramos, I could see him back for the Euros but I'd think this is the last WC for him for sure.

H.R.M. King Philip VI arrived at Las Rozas Thursday morning to greet the team and wish them good luck.

The team then went to Barajas and are currently in flight to their base camp in Krasnodar.

The 'serious' player images from the photo session will be seen by everyone watching the television feeds.
Here are a few images from the photo shoot (one of each player) that you most likely will NOT see as part of the television feed lineup presentations.
