For his sake I hope it was water in that ballon.

 

I wouldn't count on it. It's more common to throw piss around.

 

I dosent look like water. It's most proberbly piss.

I don't know from the look of that picture that's a little too dark to be water it's probably piss.That's pretty nasty if it is.You've got to give the guy who threw that some credit though,he's got some pretty good aim.

 

For pissing in the waterballoon or for hitting the guy's face with it?

 

For hitting the guy in the face,but now that I think about it pissing in a balloon also requires a lot of accuracy.
