I have a question for all USA Real Madrid fans: How do you guys watch any matches? Is there a site on the web where they show games or clips? Any comment is appreciated. Thanks.

Look at the first thread on the page, it pretty much should explain itself...

You can also watch games at Nevada Smith's in New York or Gol TV at home if you have Cablevision

well nevada smiths isn;t the best place to watch madrid games.. its more of a man utd and chelsea joint and Gol Tv isn't avialbe to most people (not to mention its in spanish)... the way to go as far as watching real madrid games is by getting voom. they have an exclusive channel called worldsport hd which has la liga... very good channel... i have it .. and nothing beats it... and since they have a free month trial.. i suggest that everyone who is a madrid fan to try it out for a month.. wont be disappointed..

And more importantly is it avalable in Canada...or at least available illegally...:p

    Nevermind...I found their website....not in Canada...damn it

GolTv has an english version...but it is VERY BAD...I wish someone else would get the rights.

Perez said that his aim it to get RealMadridTv to go international in the next couple of years.

I just hope if they do that, they hire some english speaking commentators...or else I don't see the point. Otherwise ur better off selling the rights to other providers who will provide their own commentators.

voom is a satellite system that carries, i believe, all high definition channels.

You need to change the language button on your receiver and you will get Spanish language (uruguayos) play by play which is 20 times better. If that doesn't fancy you then mute the TV and log into COPE or SER and get the games on live audio and watch the game on GolTV. If you live on the east coast there may be a 5 second delay, those of us on the left coast have to deal with at least a 20-30 second delay which is obvious during chats when you see the gooool coming across first from Spain, then the east coast and later you will hear it and can type in goool!

Saludos y viva er beti manque lopera!

I ususally watch in Spanish....I just don't like the fact they treat the viewers like morons. I guess its bc they assume most viewers don't know anything about La Liga.

When GolTV first got the rights...there commentary was really bad....now they seem half competent

    Beginning of the Season...examples

"...aqui viene Ronaldo...es de Brazil, y a gano mundiales con Brazil"...no ******** sherlock.

The best is when they show to mid-table teams facing each other and they don't know anything about the clubs.....then they don't what to say half the time and u have these pauses in the commentary. "Betis es un equipo de Sevilla....creo que si"...the guy probably pulls out an atlas while the camera isn't on him and panicks when he can't find Betis on the map.
