Watch soccer on your computer

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me more about this...I don't speak Chinese, and am not familiar with Bitorrent - do I have to download anything special? Is it safe/stable? Is it free? This sounds suspiciously too good to be true...

 

I've downloaded tons of Milan's matches using BitTorrent. You need to download and install a BT software in order for the downloads to work. The only problem with BT is that the links don't last long. So you better download fast because who knows how long the link will last. The link you provided doesn't work, but I found some places to download it. Before I do though, I had a few Qs...
- How do you find matches themselves?
- Is this on the level of legality of kaZaa or something more serious?
- Is there any risk of viruses, trojan horses, etc?
Sorry about the paranoia, but I just got a new computer and don't want to mess it up too bad.

 

I get all my Milan links from fellow Milan fans. BT files are more underground than Kazaa since there is no website to search for files. BT operates differently than Kazaa does. It is more a word of mouth system than Kazaa's search and download.

It is just as legal as recording an NBA game on TV and then sharing that tape with your fellow friend. I wouldn't get too worried since most, if not all files, come from Chinese channels which are streamed to the web for free.

When you download anything off the net there is always a risk of getting a virus. But I must have downloaded at least 20 matches using BT and I have yet to get a virus.

 

Freakin awesome!!! I was just searching www.Soccer-Media.com and I found a link of SHEVCENTO the video chronically every Shevchenko goal in Serie A. I was searching for it since it was released just after he scored his 100th goal. I'm in the process of downloading it now. Thanks Fevernova99

how did you go about searching the site for the Andriy video? For instance, how could I find videos of Real Madrid matches on that site?

 

I used Babelfish to translate it from Chinese to English. Just by glancing at the site there appears to be quite a bit of Real videos.

Thanks Fevernova. I've been using BT for a long time but had never found such forum for downloading soccer games. Hopefully I can get some games of Euro 04 and AC 04 this summer.

I know this is not very descriptive, but does anyone know the url for the Chinese(?) site which was broadcatsting one CL match a week during the group games at the end of last year. Will they be continuing this for the knockout rounds? Please respond if you have any idea what I am talking about. Thanks.

i think you misunderstood me - i wasn't complaining at you, i appreciate the link - i asked if you read chinese only because i had no idea if you could - all i wanna do is figure out how to use the website
