Was it the Striking, or the Service...

    ...that caused DC United to plunge to disaster for the third year in a row? With all the games lost due to injuries to key players like Moreno and Quaranta, the strike force never got on track, even though Ray Hudson tried any number of stop gaps up front...
    ...or was it a matter of not providing the ball in good positions for scoring? With the midfield playing musical chairs, service was not often consistent...
    What's your opinion?

    I missing an option for BOTH.

    The wings served balls in the air to midget forwards surrounded by defenders all a foot taller and were not dangerous.

    When the forwards got the ball served in good position, they weren't really dangerous either.
