If you plan on watching the game tommorow don't come to BigSoccer until AFTER the match. Galavision will be showing the tape-delay 1:30pm EST, so Fox Sports World will give away the score on BigSoccer.com because of the affiliation. This is also gonne be a problem for those who want to follow the game through a BigSoccer PBP. Which is generally better, and more accurate than USSoccer Matchtracker. Can anyone offer an alternative? Because I want to give a PBP for those who can't watch, but I don't the game to be ruined by seeing the score.

OK I just thought of the alternative. Someone can start a PBP thread, and then all everybody would have to do is simply bookmark that thread, bypassing the rest of bigsoccer. But I'm not sure if the Non-Premium Members will be bombarded with score or not through the adds

I have "My" Big Soccer bookmarked, so I bypass the front page and first see the list of the forums I've subscribed to. Bookmarking a PBP will work, too, but it's temporary. I'd go with the "my" option.

You could always just go to BS and cover the top right corner with your hand and then go the page. :D

By the way, I'd like to add that if you visit BS anytime after 11:30 tomorrow thinking you'll be able to avoid the score, even knowing that the game is complete, you are not very smart.

Can you start a tape-delay PbP thread? So that i could bookmark it in the near future

Someone always seems to do a thread title like.
    USA wins.. Freddy Stars. [R]
I'll stay away.. Especially being on the west coast where it's delayed.

I dont understand the people like you who don't want to know what the score is immediately. I'm just an information hound. I'll watch the game to see what happens with my own eyes but I always want to know a score as soon as I can.

Are you one of those people who reads the last page of a mystery novel first too? :)

Well my point being that a match can have suspense and mystery and drama and knowing the ending lessens the fun while watching. At least for me and I'm sure plenty of others on this site.

    Yup, same here.
Although it won't kill me if I know the score ahead of time, it will remove the motivation of watching the game.
I hardly watch a game if I already know the score.

It's like buying lottery scratch tickets; If you buy a few scratch tickets and then your friend scratches them(without you being aware of it) and gives them back to you saying, "okay... you won $4 bucks", WHERE'S THE FUN IN THAT ?? :D

Thanks, I misunderstood when some said earlier that the game wa going to be played at 11:30. I guess i'm off by a day. What time are they sowing the game tomarrow? They just added Galavision to my package today( ! ), but Tvguide.com didn't add it yet.

I assume you are referring to the USA vs Korea match. 1:30PM EAST feed. Same time for cable users on the west coast ..1:30PM..
There are two matches on before.. England's and Mexico's..
If I'm wrong with anything here correct me but I think I'm correct. There's always http://www.soccertv.com and check out "internationals".. Be sure to check which feed you are reading.. IE: East Coast, West.. etc.
And if you are on Direct TV or Dish you get the east everywhere..
