Is there any hope that any of the foreign based Korean footballers will start scoring on a regular basis?

Is there any hope that another Cha Bum Keun like success will come from Korea?

I'm friggin sick of checking for scores after games waiting and hoping for a goal from one of our guys and being disappointed year after year. Measely yearly goals really get frustrating after a while.

If they can't score against teams like Maldives (2 goals in two games and none from FBPs), I don't see how they can score regularly against tougher European leagues. :(

Another shot out weekend for FBPs ...

Let's see. This year has been a disaster year for many Korean players playing abroad.

Lee YP, Park JS are doing well. Song, Cha, Lee CS, Seol, Lee UY are either struggling or have yet to established themselves in the team. Lee & Cha are playing in lesser teams than where they started initially. Song & Seol are fighting for playing time. Lee CS is making some noise but hardly a success.

Park Chan Ho, Kim Byung Hyung, Seo, and others in ML were really bad to mediocre. Not a single Korean player distinguished himself in ML this year.

Then, there is Lee SY in Japan, who sucked big time. This probably hurt Koreans' pride more than any thing IMHO.

Se Ri Pak slipped from her usual 2nd ranking in LPGA to not even making top 2nd among Korean LPGA players.

It is time for Korean players to stop eating Kim Chee and take the same pills Barry Bonds is taking. That guy is 40 years old and setting home run records still.
