No footy for Wade this Sunday as the match between Farum BK and Aarhus GF, has been postponed due to the pitch in Farum still being frozen (seems like Farum is the only place in Denmark where it is still winter)

Wade will now have to wait another week before he can get his debut for "the whites" which will be at home against league leaders Fc Copenhagen.

    Cheers

    C'mon you Quakes!!!

    C'mon GF!!!

Thanks for the update! Please keep us posted with Barrett's games in Denmark...he was my favorite San Jose player of all time, and I hope he does well

Hey Djordjic.....cp is right....Wades a class act, my nephew still plays soccer because he wants to be Wade Barrett......he'd even grow odd facial hair if he wasn't only 8 yrs old. I'm sure there are mutton chops in his post pubescent future. If you get a chance to chat with him in an autograph line, let him know that we(quake fans) ALL miss him. :D

Cheers mate will do. You guys dont know how much I'm looking forward to Sunday when the season starts up again. Hope we give FC Copenhagen a good beating.

When do your season start? I hope your lads do well in MLS.

Btw I see you have Ronnie Ekelund in your squad, is he playing well for you? He was considered a very big talent in DK, he signed for Barcelona but never really progressed, the last time I saw him play was in the Danish league for OB Odense, without making much of an impact, and I had forgotten all about him until I saw his name on your team roster. I hope he is doing well for you, and not giving us danes a bad reputation as poor footy players.

Some of you might remeber another Dane who has played in MLS. His name is Miklos Molnar and as far as I remeber he played for Kansas City, he was ace imo. But retired to become a triathlete (sp?)

With a few exceptions, whose names I will not mention (ahem), most of us believe that the 2001 Championship would have been impossible without Ekelund, in combination with Richard Mulrooney, in the midfield. He's a crucial player. We also remember Molnar. Without him, I'm positive Kansas City would not have won the MLS Cup in 2000.

Ronnie was voted to the MLS best IX.......in the midfield. Barrett made that also. He is a wonderful player for us!

Good to hear he is doing well, even though he is from Brondby (Our rival club)
