Vote for Giants Stadium as the Worst

I hate Giants Stadium as much as the next guy, but there's no way it's even a tenth as bad as Dragon Stadium in Dallas.

'cause Dallas is a massive club.


I dunno. It LOOKS purple to me on TV -- and I have no intention of ever seeing it up close and personal.

The new grounds in Edmund should be named Elysian Fields; after the Dragon a cabbage patch would look like heaven on earth!

 

Dragon, Naperville or the Swamp?
This is going to be tough.

 

Dragon Stadium, no question. I have no problem with the football lines, but if I wanted a high school atmosphere, I would've played one or two more years in junior varsity.

 

Giants stadium isn't that bad. What sucks bigtime is how the place is run and all the idiots they employ. Granted the rubber pitch smells and the seats they installed in front of my first row seats are annoying it's still a decent place to watch a game.

 

Giants Stadium is a great place to veiw a sporting event in! The sight lines are way better than average, seating is comfortable enough, and the amenities are ok. What sucks about the place is that soccer fans are merely (and barely) welcomed there. If the Metro and it's fans were to fall off the face of the Earth, the NJSEA would'nt even blink as they toss out the soccer goals into the trash! That is one of the main reasons why it is so imperative that the Metro get their own facilities! We need a place where the team and the fans are welcome, and in fact desired.

 

I would think Spartan is the worst based on its pitch size. It reaches wall to wall and theres still only about 10 yards btw the touch line and penalty box

 

i know thats a foreign (england?) derived chant, but i don't get it, massive???????

It's is derived from a Man Utd chant taking the piss out of Man City fans, cause they think they are one of the biggest clubs in England.

The swamp is just too damned big for MLS but it isn't a bad place to see a game.

 

I've driven by Giants Stadium 3 times.

I've been to Dragon Stadium twice.

No way in hell Giants stadium is worse than Dragon stadium. Now way. Even when they paint football lines on your field, Giants stadium will be better.

You guys can buy beer in the stadium. We are stuck with sneaking in flasks and pouring our whiskey into Pepsis in the bathroom.

 

If the Metros had an actual stadium to be built by 2005...I would have no problem playing 2 years at a high school facility.
