Yeah exactly. Probably, there is a great gelato place right there on Via Faenza. Best flavor is buontalenti!

Only city I've missed out on going to that I have always wanted to see in Italy. In the next couple of years I will make it top priority once back in Europe

LOL! Via Faenza. Right where the Hotel Rex is. I believe there is a photo shop there and a Brazilian bar. Never forget the first time I stepped foot in Florence at the Santa Maria Novella and I was looking for Via Faenza and I asked a cute Florentine girl where the street was..."VIA DEL FAENZA E' UN PO' 'H'OMPLI'H'ATA 'H'OME STRADA , PERO SE GGGIRI DI 'H'UA E GGIRI DI LA TE LA TROVI DAVANTI"! :D

    Love the way they talk...

Hey, thanks! Sorry for the absence around here. Traveling and doing a bunch of work, time difference, blah blah blah.

It was basically a Wonder of the World when it was built. Centuries ahead of its time.

When I first visited firenze, I fell in love with it. Little did I know I'd end up living there the very next year. Sometime when I think back, it seems like a dream that I actually got a chance to live there and other times I feel like the dream was better than reality. After a while, it got kind of old but it was cool while it lasted.

Yeah and its cool to get it out of your system and I felt the same before I moved thee. You know after a while though, working and living there are nothing like going there on a 2 week vacation. Take it from me, it gets old pretty fast. Its still a beautiful town though.

I did work for them for a bit when they were relegated to the C2. Again a lot of fun but no big deal.
