I'm sure Veretout is gone (a shame) but yesterday the club reportedly refused a 16M +bonuses offer for him from AC Milan. He was linked with Napoli earlier but his wife said she wouldn't feel safe there. Still, just a matter of time and the right offer.
He has several appearances on Serbian U17 and U19 sides. We got him for 1.5M. I gotta think this was a Corvino deal that was already in the advanced stages and new ownership/Prade just signed off on it.

If y'all can get 20-25m for Veretout, and then buy Bennacer for 10-15, that's sound business, imo. Make some money, get a player with higher upside (imo), and get 5 years younger in the process.
Damn, really? If I had a choice, this would be the 6 I'd want keep then: GK- Lafont CB- Milenkovic CM- Benassi CM- Edimilson RW- Chiesa CF- Simeone I'd add Biraghi and Pezzella as well, but I'd sell them for the right offer without much hesitation, really. What say you?
Chiesa Milenkovic Biraghi Pezzella Dragowski and.... Not sure. I think Laurini was one of our better players. I consider myself a fan of Benassi but he sucked. Not at all a fan of Simeone. Tough to say. Veretout, I guess. But I know that won't happen.
mmm, Laurini's 30 so I wouldn't care if you moved him. I think Simeone's market value isn't great atm, so I wouldn't move him until he has a respectable season, or something resembling his first with you guys. Once he does, then, by all means, flip his ass.
