I was tooling around the net, and found these. Sadly, they are not on sale anymore, so does anyone have any ideas on where these videos could be found? I am quite interested in these! "A football themed double bill. Nick Hancock's Football Nightmares is a comical look at everything that can go wrong on a soccer pitch. Vinnie Jones - Soccer's Hard Men is a compilation of bone-crunching tackles, appalling fouls, dirty tricks, pushes and punches from the world of professional football. "
Are you in the U.S. or U.K.? You can usually find items like these on ebay but if you're in U.S. you'll need to be carefull wether you can play PAL system tapes or region 2 DVDs over there! http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/sea...maxRecordsPerPage=50&SortProperty=MetaEndSort
Apalling footballer, more like it. He's a better actor, and that's saying alot. Still, Best Damn Sports Show, Period made him look like an absolute genius.
Yup!! I was at Maine Road when he,playing for Sheff Utd, set a new record for fastest booking, whistle blows for kick-off,balls touched & Vinnie tries to break Peter Reids leg!! Lovely bloke!!
Re: Re: Vinnie Jones on Video? Nah- why bother with them- they do not realize what they are missing, so that is on them. Yes, I am in the US, and I have also made the mistake of buying the video of England 5, Germany 1, on a video tape that has does not play in my silly American VCR- therefore, I am seeking a copy of that as well...
Re: Re: Re: Vinnie Jones on Video? Good attitude, my man. I miss your guys station since leaving Dallas, but I don't miss Greggo or Dan, at all. You can find alot of people on here who have copies of the England / Germany match, I'm sure.
I've heard that you can get PAL videos transferred to NSSC (?) from the time I was following Miami Fusion. Quite often the lads over there would offer to sort this out...it may be worth looking at!!?
NTSC. It's high dollar though, from what I remember. A friend of mine had an English video, and he found some places. Average price was around $30 plus the cost of the tape. It ridiculous, if you think about the fact that all they're doing is recording from one VCR to the other. That's it. It's a racket.
Re: Re: Re: Vinnie Jones on Video? i don't know where you live, but go to a korean or indian market that rents videos and they'll probably transfer it for you for a tenner.
