I have a friend who's going to be in Chicago on June 21 and wants to watch the DC United-New England Revolution match, which will be shown on Fox Sports World. The "sports bar" (ha!) in the Hyatt Regency closes at 9pm, so he's searching for a soccer-friendly location nearby. Any suggestions? Nicole Gara Screaming Eagles Ticket Mistress
Two Suggestions 1. Look here: http://www.dansoccerzone.com/SoccerGuide/guide.php?id=47 2. Ask this on the Fire board.
You really are a jack-booted thug aren't you? Don't rough up Nicole, she handles my ticket orders. Come on Knave, be nice. She's new to BS.
I didn't mean to come off as a thug ... well, not this time anyway. I'm serious, it would be a good idea to ask the folks on the Chicago board. They'd at least be able to tell you which of the options listed on the soccer city guide I linked to carry FSW.
Ginger's Ale House is where most of us here in Chicago view almost any soccer match. They don't seemt o habe the DC vs. NE match slated on June 21st, but then again they may update it later. Here is their URL: http://www.gingersalehouse.com/tv.shtml
Someone already beat me to the punch about posting viewing locations. I was also going to recomend Ginger's Ale House. But a couple of other locations in Chicago are Fado and Sedgewicks. An as a DC United fan that lives in Chicago, I think it is appropriate to post on the DC United board. In the past I've posted here when Ginger's was going to show DC matches.
