I know the post is a joke and I found it amusing but... I think it's disgusting how Totti is portrayed by some of the Italian media. He is no stupider than any other european player who has been with a first division team scince they were a teenager. They just rip him because of how he speaks, if you read some of his quotes in international media sources you'll find that some of them are actually intelligent (or atleast accurate) responses.

Ive lived in italy for 5 years now and have found that the media likes to find fault with everyone...totti just happens to not have as much schooling as some of the others. They made fun of Colina because of his disease. It really doesnt effect the players that much...i mean they kinda expect to be in the spot light and sometimes its not always the great things they do.

Both of these statements are true. Magoo isnt on my ignore list for nothing Although Totti may be a good guy off the field, and he seems to have a good sense of humor about the media's treatment of him...he is a numbskull. He speaks worse Italian than I do, and his knowledge of things is..well...not much... Here in Italy there is a TV show called "the hyenas" (thats the translation) with Alessia Marcuzzi and 2 other comedians...anyways..every week on the show they have a section called "in the mirror" where they take two random celebrities, put them in different rooms and ask them identical questions... One particular week they had Totti and Ilaria Blasi (his hot as hell girlfriend) on and asked them both simple stuff like Which city is the largest is Lombardia...or what country is Toronto in etc...Totti got like 5 correct out of 50... he is a dumbass...nice player when he's not crying or diving, but still a dumbass You too eh? I have the same problem
