I’m entering the pre-sale lottery today. I do not have a lot of flexibility. I need to watch games in a certain city during a certain timeframe, and I need multiple tickets for each game, so this probably is the best way for me to proceed. It does sound like it’s going to be a pain though. But I want to be there, so I’ll deal with it.
The pre-sale asks for your favorite team and preferred host city. Not sure if that will matter or not. I won't be able to watch the US regardless so picked Netherlands. And I picked KC, hoping demand is lower here than elsewhere in the US.
I plan to watch the group games played in Atlanta, but we’ll see if it works out. I picked the US too, but I’m not sure that I really want to watch this version of the team play.
I’m really sure what they’re doing or why they ask. It’s one of two questions they ask when you sign up for the lottery. The other question is a preferred city. I *assume* that if you’re selected, you will be offered tickets for your team or for your city of choice first, but again, I’m not sure.
I hear ya. And from what I've heard, your chances of getting a USMNT ticket are slim to none. And sadly there are other plenty of other reasons why you'd hope to be in Canada instead of USA.
Woltemade just scored in his first half-hour for Newcastle. He’s bigger than I expected and moves really well. Great headed goal. He will be a problem for any defense.
WHU are so painful to watch. They just gave up a goal to Spuds on a high looping corner, with Sarr unmarked and unchallenged for one of the easiest headed goals you will ever see.
Brighton hiring Jason Ayto as sporting director Brighton are set to appoint Jason Ayto as sporting director following technical director David Weir's departure yesterday. #BHAFC Ayto, 40, left Arsenal this summer after 11 years working his way up to assistant and interim sporting director.https://t.co/ZwTFxh9IwS— Andy Naylor (@AndyNaylorBHAFC) September 13, 2025
You won’t be offered any choice. It’ll be here’s your tix, take em or leave ‘em, but the algorithm will try to make those tix something you might want based on your prefs.
I wanted him as an alternative to Sesko this summer. I also actually thought Andy Caroll was a good striker on the wrong side. Caroll was a poor mans Haaland to some extent. He will cause problems in the league.
Just watched Brentford fight back to hold Chel$ski with a 93' equalizer. Always always nice to see. And we get to hold on to first place by GD, for at least another few hours.
If the Burnley v Liverpool game turns out to be another smash and grab Liverpool win I'll punch the wall.
