Their title only got Tinkerman another 7 months and they’ve had 7 managers in the last 11 years.

I know this isn’t a thread for non-EPL/US National team talk, but Atletico Madrid is having a shocking season.

That’s somewhat cryptic, are you referring to their injury crisis?

They are in the middle of a collapse. They were up 6 points on Madrid with three games in hand in January. Now they are only a point clear.

Just two points ahead of Barcelona. Madrid and Barcelona are having awful seasons.

Apparently part of the collapse is related to their injury list in attacking positions. Suarez, Llorente, and Dembele are all out injured and Joao Felix was injured in their last game.
Torreira isn’t getting any time in midfield maybe they can have him fill in in his original position, forward.;);)

Sure it is. Problem is that my cable provider dropped BEIN Sports and can't bring myself to pay for yet another streaming service.

Yeah, I was duly surprised that they axed Ranieri the Messiah so soon after he did the impossible.

Even with those players, their attack stunk. He is getting paid 32 million euros a season too.

This is never going to happen, obviously, but I’d be so on board.

Wow that was a horrendous decision by the ref to blow the whistle b/c Navas was fouled... by his own defender!! And Bayern were on the hunt for a game winner with 10' left. Muller was furious.

p.s. Goalies are so overprotected in my book. They need to allow more incidental contact IMHO.

This Bayern vs PSG game is depressing. We are light years away from playing at this level.

To be fair, these are probably two of the three best teams in Europe.

Amazing game - though Bayern should probably have lost about 4-1

Perhaps, but I don't think I've ever seen this many chances missed by both sides:

The one-touch passing all over the field, from both teams, was unbelievable.

It was quite entertaining despite the dearth of goals in this leg.

We had no chance to attract nagelsman and he would’ve left us for Bayern at the first opportunity
