One should not hate. If you have hate in your heart, you get bitter, and the more bitter you get the more you hate. You end up a bitter hater and that's a terrible sin. So, do not hate. However, all that being said, I hate Bayern München.

This is a good day. Furchtlos und Treu https://www.vfb.de/en/vfb/team/sais...ws/stimmen-vfb-stuttgart-fc-bayern-muenchen-/

Wasn't able to watch this live. Need to see replay since VfB will likely lose Guirassy for next season. Need to enjoy the moments.
We'll have to see. Serhou is under contract until 2026, so we're certainly not losing him on a free. And we have to keep in mind, he's 28 and he's been in double digits on goals scored just twice before this year: last season for us (11) and in 2020-21 with Stade Rennais (he notched 10 with Rennes and one with Amiens that year). So, it's possible someone will drop a big bag of cash on his agent's desk, in which case we really can't say too much about it. Everyone has to make their money, and a footballer his age is only looking at one more really good contract. It's "good luck and bon voyage" time. But it's also possible he won't get any offers we can't match. The teams in the market for a striker who can also pay top dollar (hello, PSG) might opt for someone younger or with a bigger basket of career goals.
Borussia Dortmund have already been reported as lining up a bid. Chelsea are interested in both Guirassy and Fuhrich. https://the4thofficial.net/2024/05/...-bundesliga-striker-a-good-move-by-the-blues/ https://thehardtackle.com/transfer-news/2024/05/13/chelsea-keen-on-signing-chris-fuhrich/ For Stuttgart to have a good run in the Champions League, they need to be able to retain this year's stars. As you can read in their summer transfer plans, they don't look confident in keeping Fuhrich, Guirassy, and Undav. https://www.getfootballnewsgermany....ir-first-champions-league-season-in-14-years/
Agree 100%. That's what worries me the most is losing the core of this team. I'm afraid replacing them will cost much more than what we would get in selling them, and then there's the "getting to know you" factor of whichever new players come in. Would they synch with the team as well as Führich, Guirassy, and Undav?
Stergiou is done already, yes? I've been a little busy getting through the latest treatment cycle, but I think I caught something about that. The rest are going to be a challenge, no doubt. I say my prayers every day, but just between us and the wall, I cross my fingers and toes, too. (Shhh. Don't tell anyone, would you?)
Those are the three guys we have to keep. I know they love being part of the project, they're all arguably having career years, and Hoeness is staying on. Hopefully, that will be enough. But hey, they're young men and they have to make their money. Everyone understands that. Soccer careers are short. If we lose them, we'll just have to figure something out. But they may be willing to stay in it for the Champions League run. That's a pretty strong incentive.
Both goals were gorgeous. And that shot off the top post missed deflecting in by a millimeter. He was that close to a first half hat trick. What a season. Now we just need to keep it up and hope TSG can find their inner Aguuueeerrrooo. Get past Bayern for second and I'll dance naked in the street. (Don't worry. My neighbors think I'm nuts already.)
84' Woo-Yeong returns the favor and Silas goes off on a mazy run through the defense and hitting the goal of the season, 4-0.
