I obviously should never coordinate a draft but figuring with a couple of travellers and a new one that a go-slow phase would be in order.

Just subscribing to this thread. Lamps is gone.....my bet is for Fabregas as #2.

    Ah, Rooney as #2...wrong.

With MUFC likely playing 4-4-2 this year, Rooney might get even MORE goals this year!

Google docs won't update the math on my 'remaining' column. I've tried redoing the formula, but no dice. Can someone else try?

Seems to be working now. Probably a good time to remind everyone not to type in those colored cells on the roster page. They will update automatically to show how much you've spent, how much you've got remaining, and how many picks you've made.

Lobo you impress me all the time. Statergixe? Now you speak Basque? I'm gonna start calling you Gaizka or Bixente, which means 'conquering one,' an allusion to your days as Lebo Lebo, warrior of the plains, in that epic 2008 World Cup verse-post of legend.

Oh, never mind, that's kibble-in-mouth, puppy-ese for the word 'strategize'...

Well, since you guys have now totally screwed up my hoped-for team(!), just finished shuffling. 3 spots left before I choose, and 4 MAJOR stars left. One will remain.....which stars do I refer to and will I even select one of them???? Wait and see!.... :)

who are they... who are these 4.....

Hate to do this guys , as starting now was partly to accommodate me, but I'm going to overnight a decision and pick in the morning, I've got to choose from guys waiting in the Spanish Visa line or in the recovery ward and basically I've frozen under the pressure like Yakuba 2 feet from an empty goal at the world Cup :eek:

Not like I thought Tevez would come my way but pick 16 will be based on what is left on the shelf.

When was the decision made to draft early? I thought we were drafting Monday/Tuesday. Sorry to say but I'll be away this weekend in rural Virginia. I don't know if or when I'll even be on the internet.

The decision wasn't so much made as handed to us by the results of the Pennsylvania lottery. In retrospect, when Tarv got the first pick, it was always gonna start soon. ;) But no worries, it's the go-slow phase. Enjoy yourself.
