    A mere 25 points seperating 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th.

Going to be a very, very close race for that second promotion spot.

I see there is also only 25 points between 6th and 7th.

A relegation fight and a promotion fight.

The middle division is the toughest of our 3, both to get out of and stay in :D

Too bad about Robben. He was so great a couple seasons ago and I bet he's played his last game in the Prem with this latest injury. I'm always sorry to see creative players leave the league, even when they play for the wrong team

    LSG's latest dying convulsion:

    out: Volz, Park, Defoe

    in: Bardsley, Wright-Phillips, Camara

This is the move that will win LSG the title.

    Party Atmosphere at LSG

In an candid interview, LSG's under-pressure trainer Chest Rockwell has revealed the club's unusual tactics as they face inevitable relegation. "Last week was Bring Your Daughter to Work Day, so we had all the players' children suit up and play for us on Saturday. We were impressed with what we saw so we signed a few of them to long-term contracts on the spot." Rockwell was less forthcoming about his plans for this week's game, but the words "three legged football" were clearly discernable behind him on the team's tactics board.

In less interesting news, Rockwell expressed both his joy at the irrelevance of point deductions for his team, and his amazement that teams in less meaningful, top-of-the-table struggles hadn't already moved for Saha.

I really think too much discussion goes on in this thread.
Still I entertain myself by making more pointless moves:

    out:
    Derbyshire F Blackburn
    Malbranque M Spurs

    in:
    Tevez F West ham
    Mascherano M Liverpool

Because there's no precedent that signing the two Argentines at the same time can lead to bad things. I expect that between them, they'll score 600 points (each with a double gameweek, so that's only 150 points per game, or 25 goals each, assuming they wouldn't get any bonus points of course). And that will be the final step of my master plan to win the league.

Please keep your comments to a minimum, it's been hard to keep up with the constant activity in this league all season...

I got Maschereno two weeks ago. Check the EPL site.
