well, that depends on exactly where they put it. there are actually a couple of decent neighborhoods in SE, truth be told. other spots however are much less appealing.
DOA The Supreme Court is "near" Pennsylavia Ave and east of the Capitol, and I doubt that will be knocked down for a new "mini-MCI". You would have to go a ways down PA ave in Southeast to find a) enough land and b) cheap land, to build a stadium. And the farther you go, the worse it gets. I think enough people are scared to go to RFK, especially with children. I don't think the vaunted "soccer moms" are gonna be thrilled about firing up the mini-van for a trip down PA Ave, especially if it's across the river.
