So is she out at ESPN? I haven't caught any of the MLS action yet this season.

She is going to have a recurring segment at halftime of many of the games on ESPN (she has had a segment on each of the first two), but she will not be on location for any, I believe.

Thanks for the info. I have yet to watch any MLS matches this season. I will make sure I catch the halftime portion of the game :)

That broadcast was a crime this past Saturday.

She had three seconds of air/voice time and then a cut to an interview with Taylor Twellman. Oh Please.

The match starts late for ladies tennis, in a semifinal non major event and then ESPN gives us so little air time of a woman better looking than Shriver, Fernandez, Capriati, and Davenport combined? No justice at all. ESPN SUCKS!

I wouldn't worry about missing any matches, seems like ESPN will make it their mission to have another sport overlap it allowing 10 minutes of air time.

How about this suggestion? A little in-picture box in the corner during the broadcast where she just jumps up & down on a trampoline. That's it.

I really enjoy her style of upbeat reporting. It gave the MLS a little different flavor. Anyway, I think she will make it big somewhere soon.

well when "Mr. Personality" is over, then Monica Lewinsky could do halftime reports from the locker room

Oh and Wynalda is any better? ESPN's coverage is a joke. VP was the best thing they had going.

Anyone catch Veronica's reports over the last few weeks? I have yet to see her this season. I hope she gets a role with MLS or the broadcast team that will be working the Confederation Cup.

She's a trainwreck of a reporter, and pretty average when it comes to the "hot" category. I still don't understand what you guys are talking about when you act like she's some kind of supermodel or something.

i think it will be more interesting if she wears bikini while reporting from the field side... its only my naked opinion.

I thought the tan lines she had this week were pretty goldang hot. Whats wrong with a little eye candy for the boys? You think Meliisa Stark roamed the NFL sidelines because of her talent?

I thought this thread was a joke at first. People actually wanting to see Veronica Paysee? I agree with 655321 "trainwreck" is a good description. I think they realize how bad she is, as evident by her total 30 seconds of airtime this season. They're probably just riding out her contract or something. Now if we could just do something about the clowns in the booth...

    Melissa Stark has talent?

I think Veronica is a hot piece of tail. I think she could add some fluff pieces here and there to balance out the broadcast. Kind of like Al Trautwig and a couple other guys do for college football. I think she'd be great in the stands hangin out with some of the supporter groups. Get rid of Ty and stick Waldo in the booth.

Just happened on this thread. VP was good (I suppose) for her off the shoulder tops, but, come on, the US soccer announcing situation is dismal enough. MLS can't afford fluff at this point. Her halftime "interviews" were just plain dumb last year.
"I see it's a little rough out there, Cobi. How are you feeling?" It's gotta be true, riding out the contract with the 15 second pre-recorded "intros" she has this season. It's an improvement....Not likely to be making the big time any too soon, except maybe on the trampoline. Let's leave it out of US soccer for now. Times are tough enough.

    Less Wynalda
    More VP!!!!!

And get rid of that old fart from across the pond at halftime. VP speaks better English than him, and English is his language.

    Lucky Charms, its yuuuur game.

VP is good. Looks do matter. Look at Monday Night Football, they just signed Lisa Guerrero to replace Stark who is pregnant. Lisa is good, but she is also very cute.

I have a quick way to cure ALL of MLS ESPN broadcast!

JP and Tommy Play by play

Ty and Rob handle the teams on the field one assigned to each team.

    VP at half time strips

    and we're all good!

And at MLS cup VP and Sofia Vergara fight in a mud pit LIVE ON ABC!

Replaced by Lorrie Fair. I think I heard VP was doing local TV in Miami.

I saw her the other day on one of the Spanish language stations in the NYC area, interviewing the Red Sox. Not sure if it was local or national.

    Thanks for the info guys....

Her style is better suited for the Spanish language networks anyway.
