Manchester United midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron has hinted that he'll never make a return to former club Lazio.

"When I return to Rome it is like coming back home but I'm only here to receive treatment for a muscular problem," he said.

"Lazio have remained in my heart but I think it'll be very difficult for me to wear their shirt yet again.

"The club must first resolve their money difficulties, such as the debts which they owe to their own players."

Crazy to even suggest Lazio could buy Veron back...they have no money to add anyone and will sell again in the offseason...

Lazio couldn't buy a manu reserve at this point...

It's worse. At the rate Lazio is bleeding and with what they have already bleed, they'll be lucky to be in business next season.

That would be a shame, who else could Roma hate as much as them? :(

Lazio is in bad shape, but I doubt they'll go the way of Fiorentina. They qualified for the CL next year so they'll take in a bit of money from that. Although they will have to part ways with Lopez, they will probably pick up Di Canio and Signori on Bosmans. Hopefully this whole situation will be resolved, as it would be a shame to see another great Italian team fade away.

Beppe will be out of contract...he or Di Canio is likely to join Lazio on a free...

Lazio's situation is close to being resolved and almost every player has accepted a hefty wage cut.

    Nice chievo prediction mario!...

Yeah, rumor has it he's quite upset at Bologna because Guidoline gave him the bench treatment despite Beppe having an excellent season. Lazio needs dedicated players who they can pick up on Bosmans, due to the lack of euros, and both Beppe and Di Canio are formerly Bianoceleste. Although both are a bit older, they can still play at the top level. It should be interesting to see them together next year, assuming they're both signed.
