Started watching a few minutes ago. Busio with the assist 1-0!!!! Very nice assist too. Busio driving down the right flank and lays it off for an easy chance to another player in the middle.
Was slightly against the run of play I'd say. But Venezia controlling the narrative, 1-0 second half about to start
Looked bad. Possible torn hammy, was heavily wrapped and exited with help. Especially cruel since it happened chasing down a loose touch after bring down an absolute dime of a pass from Tessman.
A horrible game, by a horrible team. Hopefully Busio will be back by Olympics, and then both of them should run fast and far from that club.
Yea, I don't know how Venezia stays up next year without significant investment. They haven't looked all that good in any of the games I've seen and both Busio and TT look marginally Serie A quality at best. The fact that they were 2 of the better performers this season doesn't instill a lot of confidence.
I understand that Serie B is a poor league, but Cremonese still looked like a soccer team, Venezia looked like Dike's Barnsley minus athleticism.
Oof. Busio started, but Roma just went ahead after the 80th minute after Pislli heads home a corner for 2-1. Probably need a thread rename here with the departure of Tessmann.
Busio was involved in the Venezia goal. Nicely placed shot came off the woodwork and the ensuing scramble led to the goal. See video in main thread.
Busio with the start against Hellas Verona. LCM in a 3-5-2, it appears. Bit of a slow first half for him - one shot blocked and one chance created. 1-1 nearing halftime.
Busio frequently looks like he's playing left wing. I saw him listed there for a match I didn't watch and assumed it was a bit of a mistake, but now I'm less sure.
Well this one just changed in a huge hurry - Red card DOGSO foul by Toure sees him off, and Caviglia makes the ensuing free kick for 2-2 and Venezia up a man. Huge opportunity now.
Busio came off at 74' - still 2-2 at 80' ... Edit: ... and Venezia pushes in front, 3-2, on a second Pohjanpalo PK! Final score: Venezia 3-2 Udinese
Busio starts and still out there, trailing Parma 2-1, as they look to put an equalizer past Zion Suzuki and get out of last place.
Busio draws a yellow card in the 90th minute on Charpentier on a hack from behind after Busio had beaten him. Sets up a dangerous FK.
Busio certainly one of the best players on the pitch during the part that I watched, but in a losing cause as Suzuki's five saves help Parma to the win.
