I don't have enough data to criticize the trade. Yet. However, everything on that plate (except the substandard ranch dressing, it should be bleu cheese) is "wings". There are no "drumsticks" on that plate. "Drumsticks" are legs. The things you are talking about are the part of the wing closest to the poor chicken's body. Perhaps the confusion comes from cute, gimmicky marketing - where some folks call that 1/2 of the wing "drummies".
I know what drumsticks are. I was under the mistaken impression that the so -called "drummie" was in fact a leg and not a wing. C'est la vie. Not the grill/barbecue expert in the family. I just eat the damn things.
