I have it on good authority (DCU just got deep pockets and I just read that van Persie is not going back to the Gunners soooooo....I made it up.)that he will be wearing Red & Black. Would he fit in? Would the FO put up THAT kind of change?
While this is indeed an utterly crazy thread, there is one other superstar player that is in the process of leaving his team as we speak, and if we were one year further along (and thus our new overlords were more willing to spend on a big salary) I'd be thinking about: Juan Roman Riquelme.
