Think you may have lost a brain cell. Only player walking away briefly was Duro who was complaining for him to blow out. But he didn’t.
Again even the interviewer Valencia player said “we were told the corner was the last play once we cleared it, he should have called it he put the whistle in his mouth and then blew it once the ball got crossed. he should either have called it after we cleared it or allowed the play l. I understand why they are mad”
Unbelievable man, just unbelievable. What the absolute ******** did I just watch. Barca can be down to 6 points, and Girona to 4 points.
You can see it and hear it here clearly. WHAT THE F*CK! REAL MADRID ON THE ATTACK AND JUDE BELLINGHAM SCORED BUT THE REFEREE BLEW THE WHISTLE!!! https://t.co/BOwiyhF4wa— TC (@totalcristiano) March 2, 2024
Horrible REF. Either whistle that second after the corner or let to end cross.. no he messed up bad. Anyways, good fight, decent second half
I didn’t see that, I saw players trying to defend the cross, and being very unhappy to concede, I didn’t see anyone walking away, we must have been watching different feeds
Bellingham needs to watch his mouth. It'll get him in deep trouble We were terrible after the 2nd goal. Alot of dwelling on the ball. I get why we want an elite LB. We have noone that can really attack that left side like Dani does on the right. It forces Vini to go wide when he's better off going into the box to meet crosses. Davies will hopefully fix that. Brahim can be very frustrating when we are chasing games with his ball hogging tendencies. Just release it early man and stop taking 5 touches before you let go of the ball. But he's still playing better than Rodrygo who is a super sub at best. This is a perfect game where we need Valverde to use his qualities on the ball yet this is always the sort of game he lets go of the ball as soon as he gets it. I dont think Cama should've been subbed. Peter can stay where he is. Will fit in perfectly at Valencia together with Duro etc
But he didn't, and when he blew his whistle, there were Valencia players that stopped playing so a decent chance Bellingham may not have even scored if the ref never blew.
There is no obligation. Typically yes, on occasions the ref lets one final play happen. But he didn't this time. It happens.
No one is seeing what you're seeing. The Valencia players were focusing on the play, not walking back to the tunnel, and did not stop play.
We really gifted them two goals, we're saved by Lunin on a play that pulled our pants down and Peter shot an occasion over the post that would've made him a hero. We were mostly garbage and played totally down to their level, made Pepelu look like Viera. The final whistle was absolutely atrocious, but fitting considering he did almost the same thing to Valencia at the end of the first half. No reason to not let them take the corner, no reason to blow the final whilste in the second. Overall we need to Seriously improve.
I presume English is your first language, he shouldn't have whistled. who heard it or not is irrelevant, if we scored or not is irrelevant.
You'll see when the replays come out. Some ran back in position after but the whistle was blown long before.
Referee stole us 2 points....you cant whistle in that situation when the attack is ongoing...one more reason why you cant whistle that early is also because of VAR...VAR took 3 minutes he should count on
