Ufff, primer juego que veo de Uvaldo y tuvo un partido asqueroso, salio como al minuto 65. Ademas que en lo físico se ha visto muy mal, muy displicente, obviamente es el jugador con menor físico de la cancha pero lo vi con muy poca condición física. Se canso de perder pelotas, tuvo algunas jugadas mano a mano que perdió y estuvo desatento en la cancha. La liga colombiana me parece mejor que la liga mexicana, con mayor técnica y físico, pero sobre todo con lo mas importante: un estilo propio y definido, el traslado de la pelota es mucho mas rápido, hay mas dinámica, velocidad y juego propositivo. Ahora entiendo porque han venido sacando muchos jugadores ofensivos de calidad.

Hopefully he can recover (or improve) his Patriotas' level. He's most likely out of Osorio's radar, but at just 24 he could theorically still be part of the NT's bench someday.
He should have been called up to last year's Gold Cup to cap tie him.... His time at Atlas was piss poor... Like I said in another post, he arrive late to training, and was expelled from the first team... He was consisten with his Instagram posts... Lol. Colombia has suited him better than México... I hope he recovers his form with Patriotas too... Interestingly enough, Osorio played for Once Caldas during his last years as a player, and also managed them... Perhaps someone at Caldas can send him a memo about Uvaldo... Lol.
Wouldn't be surprised if the nads try to cap tie him if he breaks it here. They are starved of talent and it's unlikely Mexico pays attention when they're busy with the WC. Hopefully that doesn't happen.

Well, they switched from Klinsmann who would totally have cap-tied him if he hadn't been fired to Bruce Arena who was very MMLS or die (in this case both) and the US have been an absolute disaster since they missed the WC. My guess is they will be thinking about replacing Gulati first, then getting a coach and depending on who do they get, about building up a talent base that could in theory contemplate someone like Luna (if they even know about him). However, they won't get a chance to cap-tie him until the next GC so, who knows?

Why is that? From south America the only leagues worth joining for euro prepping are the Argentinian one or the Brazilian one. Alot of Colombian players who end up going to Europe do so after playing in an argentinian or brazilian league like falkao or james rodriguez, then you got rare cases like jackson martinez who used liga mx as his stepping stone Only reason I would go to a league like that is if i was getting 0 minutes in liga mx (Which seems to be the case) edit: I guess the beautiful women of Colombia are a reason to want to go there
