The red card to Callahan in the final minute was not for a third blue card. It was for violent conduct. He kicked the Blast 6th attacker while both were on the ground. I wouldn't necessarily trust those boxscores. UCFC goalkeeper Andrew Coughlin was given a yellow card, but it isn't listed on the scoresheet either.
