Yes, a big oversight on my part. She could be too close to Solo to be objective though, but with her experience as a player for the NT and her coaching experience with the youth teams, she is certainly familiar with the program. My preference out of those named so far would be Wheddon as I think he could step in pretty seamlessly...although I've always wondered what part, if any, he played in the GK fiasco of 2007.
So, we have now seen plan B which didnt look any better than plan A. My question is if Ellis got "blowed up" like Sgt Hulka in Stripes and the team was forced to train themselves. would things improve?
