I think USL should start the Promotion/Relegation trend here in the US, I mean cleveland did it. Although there has to be some type of system, like every three years the team with the least point has to go down and the second last place team has to face the second best from USL-2 in a play off format, who ever wins that match stays or moves up to USL-1. What you guy think?

I think that's a good idea. Mix it up a bit.

Yea, I mean every three years or maybe 2 years, 3 would seem a little harsh for the team going down and having to wait so long to go back up. Ok maybe every year?

Fraser is a very fast forward that has trouble with his finishing. He can stretch the defense but his finishing can be frustrating.

I hadn't heard about him moving to the Islanders. According to my sources nothing is going on right now in the MFC front office. Which is disappointing. They are in a wait and see mode because of MLS Miami.

If you hear anything more about Fraser signing with PR let us know.

Well there a local newspaper tant already reported him as signed. He is definatly a substitute for Atino who will not resign in 2009
