    Buffalo Pro Soccer is actively working toward its 2027 inaugural season in the USL Championship, having recently shifted focus from a disputed downtown stadium site at Elk and Lee Streets, to exploring new city locations, with a strong preference for a centrally located venue, while still securing financing and planning team branding and player acquisition, aiming to be a significant community asset.
